Refund/Returns Policy

RETURNS:

We do not offer returns on the products as our products are
all natural food products without any preservatives and have a low shelf life.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

EXCHANGE (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@monkeybar.in or Whatsapp us at 89283 56744.
Send us the details of your purchase and image/video of package as well within 2 days of receipt of package.

REFUNDS:
We do not offer refund after order is dispatched from our facility. 
Refunds can be initiated if order is cancelled before dispatch.
