Yes. Every product we make is 100% Veg. We use premium whey or plat-based whole foods ingredients and absolutely no animal-derived stabilizers or gelatin. Look for the Green Dot on all our packs!
100% Clean. Our definition of clean is simple: if you can't find it in a home kitchen, it’s not in our bar. We use zero artificial flavors, zero emulsifiers (like Soy Lecithin), and zero synthetic preservatives.
While we do mix and press our ingredients to create the bar, we keep them minimally processed. We don't use high-heat "extrusion" methods that kill nutrients. We use whole nuts, rolled grains, and real fruits so you can actually see and taste the texture of the food.
None at all. We use zero refined sugar, zero sugar alcohols like Maltitol or Sorbitol (which cause bloating), and zero "industrial" syrups like brown rice or high-fructose corn syrup. Sweetness in our bars and nut butter bites comes from whole dates and sweetness in Muesli comes from mineral-rich liquid jaggery (Kakui).
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. In the peak of Indian summers (above 30°C), we recommend storing them in the refrigerator to maintain that perfect "snap" and prevent the natural nut butters from softening.
That’s actually a sign of quality! Because we don't use chemical stabilizers or palm oil, the natural oils from the nuts and cashews can occasionally surface. It’s completely safe and shows that the "Good Fats" are really in there.
Monkey Bars stay fresh for 4 months. We achieve this using high-barrier packaging, hygiene and the natural antioxidant properties of vitamin-rich nuts and cocoa, rather than using chemical shelf-life extenders.
The best time is 30–45 minutes after a workout to help with muscle recovery. However, they also work perfectly as a high-satiety mid-day snack to keep you full during long meetings or when you're traveling.
